  • In the initial plan, weeks 13, 14 are devoted to logarithmic functions, Properties of logarithms, Log and exp equations, Exp. growth and decay models, Newton’s law of Cooling, Logistic growth and decay. These topics are covered in College Algebra (MAT1073), and shoudl be removed from this course (JBG)
  • Conics should be introduced here because they are needed in Calc III (JBG)
  • Week 1 Discrepancy between Functions from MAT 1073 and Functions and their Graphs from MAT 1093, suggestion to edit so that they match.
  • Rene G - 6/15/2023 - "Evaluating Algebraic Expressions" Prereq might not be necessary for section 1.3. Lesson does not involve evaluating any algebraic expressions. Suggest to remove this prereq.
